For recovery addresses beyond the available local route, ground shipping may be an option. We check the destination ZIP code and requested arrival date before confirming a shipment.

The round-trip charge includes a prepaid return label. Keep the shipping materials for the machine and reusable accessories, and follow your confirmed return instructions. Your new wrap stays with you.

A surgery date is the starting point. Equipment arrival, the rental period and return shipping also need to fit your plan.

    Tell us when the equipment must be at your recovery address. We confirm whether the shipping schedule can meet it.

    Your rental period

    Choose the duration with your care team. Your booking confirms the start and end dates before payment.

    Equipment return

    Follow the return date and packing instructions provided with your rental. Request an extension before the rental ends.

One system. One new wrap.

Every rental includes a new, single-patient wrap selected for your treatment area. You keep the wrap; it is never reissued. Additional wraps are separate.

Transport is itemized separately: $149 for confirmed local delivery and pickup, or $159 for ground shipping with a prepaid return label. Your final quote confirms any applicable tax or deposit. Rentals are self-pay; ColdFront does not bill insurance. A clinician order is required before payment.
