Plan ahead
Choose your recovery location, preferred wrap, and a weekly package or your own start and return dates—or ask us to help decide. Every rental includes one new single-patient wrap.
Confirm availability
We review equipment availability, wrap fit and delivery arrangements. A request alone does not reserve a system.
Review and pay
Receive the full price, rental dates and applicable terms before you pay through Stripe. Payment is requested only after the rental details are approved.
Delivery before surgery
We agree on local delivery or shipping arrival before your rental. The handoff includes a check of the machine, wrap and accessories, plus manufacturer setup information. Follow your clinician’s treatment instructions.
Pickup or more time
Return the machine and reusable accessories through your agreed pickup or shipping arrangement. Keep your single-patient wrap. Eligible extensions can be requested in your client portal and require availability and an approved additional price. Equipment is inspected and cleaned before it becomes available again.
