Where will you
be recovering?
Start with your state. We’ll review delivery or shipping options, timing, and availability for your address before confirming a rental.
Before surgery
We confirm your delivery address, window, rental dates, wrap and total cost before booking. When possible, we plan arrival before your surgery. Any different arrangement is noted in your booking.
At the handoff
We deliver the NICE1 system and confirmed wrap, check the accessories and provide manufacturer setup information. Your care team provides the therapy settings and treatment schedule.
When your rental ends
We pick up the equipment at the agreed location and time. Keep the machine, hose, power supply and carry bag together. Your single-patient wrap stays with you. For shipped rentals, use the prepaid return label.
If you need more time
Use the client portal to check an eligible extension before the return date. Extra time depends on availability and approval of the additional price. Confirm any pickup change with us.
Service area and charges
We confirm that your address is within our delivery area before accepting a booking. Local delivery and pickup is $149; round-trip ground shipping is $159. An agreed collection and return appointment has no transport fee. Service, timing and applicable tax are confirmed before payment.
