Confirm the basics
We confirm arrival timing before your rental. Check the recipient, delivery details, requested dates, wrap and size. Make sure the person receiving the equipment knows when to expect it.
Keep instructions close
Have your clinician’s instructions and the current manufacturer guide available. Do not choose settings based on a website or advice from another patient.
Check the handoff
Review the machine, wrap and included accessories with the operator. Ask how to contact equipment support and what to do if something appears damaged or does not work as expected.
Plan the return
Keep the machine, hose, power supply and carry bag together. Confirm your return appointment or use the prepaid return label. Keep your single-patient wrap; it is never reissued.
